If you are faced with the first case, then use the usual antivirus or try to restore the previous state of the system (press F8 during boot and select the desired category). Alternatively, you can simply copy the regedit.exe file from another work PC, but this may interfere with the operation of certain applications.

If the administrator is prohibited from entering the registry, then this error can be corrected only by changing the registry key. To check the ban, open the registry key with the address HKCU \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System.
